At Melissa Shoes, we want you to love your new jelly pairs; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and the signature bubblegum scent are intact for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Melissa box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
